I have been prepping, chopping, dicing, and packing up like a crazy mad woman for a wedding shower cooking class that I am conducting for 24 lovely ladies later today. During a little rest time, yesterday, I stumbled upon this on Chow Bella…

You may recall that Chow Bella asked me to tell you about my Perfect Food Day. Mine was a fantasy, Barb’s actually happened! And I can attest to the fact that she is not exaggerating! I’ve had the pleasure of going on that trip to the Dordogne in Southwest France with Barb, not once, but twice. Although real, it was like a dream!

Now back to my reality  – cooking class preparations – packing, plastic wrapping, schlepping…  There will be a payoff for you though – recipes from the class will be forthcoming.
