Question? Do breaks at the pubic rami; both top and bottom need surgical intervention?

Hi Kaye, well that sounds painful! I’m no doctor and I only had fractures, not breaks, but I’m guessing that yes, surgery would be needed. Here’s an article I found: http://www.wisegeek.org/what-are-pubic-rami.htm
