2013 Fall Craft Party

If you join us, you’ll be armed with glue guns, burlap, mercury glass paint, booze, twine, yummy food, and much much more!  It’s time to get busy making fun home and holiday decor. (That rhymed accidentally, don’t expect it to continue!)

Here’s the scoop – The basic class fee is $20 per person. You pay that to register and just for the opportunity to bask in the glow of “fall crafting”!!!  OK, it actually covers the food, booze, and some of the most basic supply costs, such as glue sticks and cheap paint brushes.

When you arrive, you’ll receive a number. The first to arrive (on time, not like 2 hours before, for God’s sake!) gets #1 and the last gets #18, or whatever is the last number, determined by how many people sign up.

  • There will be a variety of crafts you may choose to make.
  • You decided which most appeals to you.
  • Each project will be priced separately – based on the amount of money I spent on the materials.
  • There may be a craft that costs $5, another that costs $11, etc.
  • There may not be enough material, for every craft, for every participant to make.
  • Some will be limited others will be limitless.

Crafty Chic #1 goes first and picks her first project, #2 goes next, and so on. Then Crafty Mama #1 may choose another project and it goes around again. You can make as many or as few projects as you like or until the materials run out. Does that make sense? I read this to my 22-year-old son, and it made sense to him. I hope it makes sense to you too and that “crazy logic” isn’t just a genetic thing that runs our family.

To pre-register: Either leave me a comment here or shoot me an email (LPGourmett@aol.com) and say, “I’m IN!”

Next, mail me a check, to the address above and make it out to Linda Hopkins, for $20 per person and then you are officially “IN” and Registered.
